Ok. Just was ok!

Drive thru visit item purchased was hot and Delicious 😋

It was not bad, but I didn't like it, not my favorite, don't think there something different than any other fried food fast restaurants except for the Salad was okay

They were very busy for lunch and did a great job. Food was fresh at a great price.

I legit just spent 18 mins in the drive through on a Sunday night/Monday morning. It’s 1:18AM

Food is always fresh and service is fast.

Not a good location..I waited for over 7 minutes for mediocre food. Barely warm everything. The grilled chicken on the asiago was dry and the son of a baconator had way too much mayonnaise. The fries were terrible like at most Wendy's. The best part of my meal was the drink!

I picked up some meals from the drive thru, I tried the homestyle chicken meal,It was delicious. Service was ok, the speaker kept cutting off every-time they spoke and it was also quite a wait.

Fresh & hot food. Actually has a seasoned taste. Lbs.

I have been sitting in line for 20 minutes. The service here is horrible. Chickie's across the street has wayyyy better service

Wendy's food done reasonably quickly and exactly as I ordered it.

I love the food but dislike the wait time. I sat for about 20 minutes before I even reached the speaker. Once I got to the speaker it took about five more minutes. I love the freshness of the food so I try not to complain about the wait.

Went here for my daughter. She wanted something different besides Thanksgiving leftovers. (Which I love) But everybody's different. Got what she wanted so no complaints. Service wasn't bad, line wasn't too long.

Waited 5 minutes to place a order, wasn't even acknowledge, no I'm sorry for the wait. Ordered chicken nuggets kids meal and one of the order was spicy, this was for a three year old. Staff has no management bunch of clueless teenagers. Don't blame them blame the management.

On Tuesday Jan. 28th @ 11:15 am. TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. EMPLOYEE CLEANING THE PARKING LOT CAME IN WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS AT ALL. TOOK OFF HIS GLOVES IN PLAIN SITE AND GOT CHICKEN NUGGETS OUT OF THE BASKET. HIS RESPONSE WAS "THESE ARE FOR ME".... UGHHHHH. I WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. THE MANAGER ON DUTY HAD VERY LITTLE TO SAY TO ME OR THE NASTY EMPLOYEE.

Pretty good food, customers are nice and the food is amazing, drive through gets crowded and kinda needs work but thats it

Well made food and friendly service, but one of the slowest moving drive-thrus I have ever been to.

My experience was very poor service at the drive thru, first of all the person taking orders at the window didn’t speak or understand English and this wasn’t once it was 3 times . Therefore I just accepted what she thought I wanted. ADVICE, If you don’t understand or speak English don’t work the drive thru window. Stay in the back part of the restaurant as a cook.

Best place ever ! Very clean , employee some of them are long faces but others the like to serve

Just because you see and order a large Southwest salad with Avocado, does not guarantee that yours' will have any avocado in it. Add to that, having to wait 20 to 30 minutes for it, while my Large Chili sits in a cup getting cold. Absolutely, a ghetto experience

Drive thru kind of slow. Good food

I struggle with businesses that lack the tools and empathy to equip their employees with better tools when in customer service. This Wendy's need to be more cognizant on who they put on drive-thru and if they don't have enough people, they need to model and review what they are doing so that they can become more efficient and engaging when working the drive-thru window.

Received Luke warm food, the beans in the chili were hard as a rock. The baked potato was so cold that it didn’t even melt the butter. The absolute worst Wendy’s experience I’ve had. I don’t recommend this poorly managed restaurant to anyone.

On a Sunday afternoon the doors for the dining room were locked, but the drive through was open. No signs or anything and an employee just stared while I waved at them at the door.

Impressed with the quick service, and friendly workers. When the cashier was taking the order and missed an item, he was very polite and did not get frustrated when I asked him for the item a second time.

Wish they would go back to the old school fries. Too bad their chili is made with sand 😭

I had to wait in line for almost a half hour to get my food. The drive thru was the more important priority at this location. The ice for the soda machine didn't work either.

Compared to most fast food places I feel like Wendy's is a little higher quality. The food is made fresh and is thoroughly cooked. I mean drive thru times are definitely longer because they're taking more time to prepare the food. Either way, everything pretty much tasted great but they can still up their drive thru times just a bit. Staff is friendly here though. Very nice.

Pretty girls but the service wasn't good. I gave coupons that were not calculated into the order.. just not a good experience

U know for the longest time all Wendy's had slow service but this one I have solid knowledge they stepped up there game very good service and they put a rush on everything . I love how I order my chicken sandwich and it's there before I finish stealing pop.

So I’ve been sitting here in the drive through WAITING!!! GET NEW STAFF! I have heard I’ll be right with you 3 times in the past 15 minutes! I’m tired and hungry and this place is 100% SUCKTASTIC!!!

My salad was nice & crispy but the chicken was hard as rock with no taste. Speedy service, though

I been to many wandy's since I worked in a Wendy's before and I know quality is a most. There for I enjoy Wendy's but this location as well as the one on north ave in Melrose Park there employees must be lazy or don't care about quality but in the end is on management.

This place needs to either close down or replace the entire staff. Waited 25 min in the drive through just so 2 cars can put their order in and move up. There were still 3 cars ahead of me so I went to the McDonald’s next door. It seems like they take an order, make it, and hand it out before taking the next order.

I think I've only been to one Wendy's where the burgers were too well done and this isn't the one. Wendy's is a close second to Culver's for me in terms of taste, consistency, quality and value.

The number 10 spicy is the bomb!!!!!
